Confusion

August 5, 2008

This is going to be Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off theme but then again it is Right on! I was thinking…yes I do that some times…… about all the contradictory information out there.

Gas is up….gas is down

We are in a recession…no we are not

America needs a change of leadership………stay the course

There are no crabs……….there is a glut of crabs

It goes on and on. What is one to think? I would love to hear your thoughts on all of this and more, but before you comment listen to the song below and substitute any word or phrase you chose for the word “Love” in the song. Timeless isn’t it?

I came across an article in the Chesapeake Bay Journal that certainly got my attention. We all hear or read about the Chesapeake Bay and how much we should be concerned about its health. I always thought the key to a healthy Bay would be to stop the  discharge of phosphate and other harmful chemicals into the Bay proper and all the rivers and streams in the watershed. According to this article, not only should those steps be taken to insure a healthy Chesapeake Bay, time is also a factor. How much time you ask…read on. You will be surprised by the answer, I was.
